Casa Compañeros

Welcome to our companion home: Casa Compañeros. This home belongs to our in-laws, and is also available for rent. Photos are availiable here. The house is slightly larger than Casa Violeta and might therefore work for larger groups.

Compañeros is arranged on one level, and is a three bedroom two (full) bathroom house. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the third has two twins. There is a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and outside a large verandah with Caribbean Views. The house has tiles floor, ceiling fans, a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, and telephone.

The house comes fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, stove (gas), and washing machine. There are ceiling fans in all the main rooms, screens on all doors and windows. There is no air-conditioning, but you will find that you don't really need it due to the sea breezes. There is a telephone (we ask you to use credit cards for long distance). There is no TV. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are included.

The house has an emergency water supply which will provide you with water for about a week in the event that the city water goes off. (If you are unfamiliar with island life then you should know that infrastructure breakdowns such as this are a regular occurrence and you need to be prepared for them).

Compañeros is right on the edge of Esperanza in a quiet country area, but still only about five minutes walk from the nearest beach and the Malecon (Sea Front) in Esperanza. Compañeros is about five minutes walk from Casa Violeta, so if you had a really big party needing two houses, booking both might be feasible if we have availability.
