West end of Malecon

Around the corner from Casa Violeta at the west end of the Malecon (promenade). This is the main site of activity in Esperanza and where you will find most of the restaurants and bars. At the far end from here is the Blue Carribe Dive shop and steps down to the town beach.

Just out of picture on your left, enjoying the same view, is the Trade Winds restaurant.

Down some steps to the sea there is very good snorkeling.
